Elisa Negri (female) is Assistant Professor in the Manufacturing Group of the Politecnico di Milano (Italy) at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering. She pursued her education as Industrial Engineer at Politecnico di Milano, achieving her PhD degree in December 2016. She had various international experiences from the Bachelor level (Double degree with Tongji University – Shanghai – PRC) to the Doctoral level (Master Thesis in Aachen, Germany, Visiting PhD in Switzerland and USA). She is now Professor of Course “Industrial Plant Management” at Politecnico di Milano. Her research focuses on smart manufacturing and digital technologies-related topics, spanning from the data modelling and simulation for the manufacturing systems, to Digital Twins to support production planning and control activities. She has been and is still involved in European, national and regional research projects and is one of the key people at the Industry 4.0 Laboratory (I4.0 LAB) at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. By now she is co-author of 13 papers in International Journals, 24 papers presented at international conferences and 4 international book chapters.

innovation. As the head of KOSMO, I am the CEO who comprehensively manages the budget and

Hilmar Bunjes is CEO of erminas GmbH and a member of the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BVMW).

As CEO of erminas GmbH, he, together with his team, deals with all challenges of the Industrial Internet of Things. The focus is on retrofitting, machine learning, software development and a fully comprehensive consulting service for the engineering industry and manufacturers. Hilmar Bunjes is equally familiar with software and hardware. He knows that especially with IIOT projects a holistic view is enormously important. Together with Dr. Yvette Teiken he founded erminas after graduating in computer science. Since then, he and erminas GmbH have also been regularly involved in international research projects in the field of "Industry 4.0".

Karin Chen ,Israel Export Institute ,Head of the sectors: Automotive&Mobility  and Industry 4.0 at the Business Development Unit. In addition, Karin deals with business events with International Organizations’ procurement departments (such as the UN).

Karin Chen has a BA in Political Science and English Literature, as well as MA degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Relations from Tel Aviv University. During her BA studies, Karin re-established a Model UN club, which is active till these days and was taught as a course for MA in one of the academic semesters.  She has served in the role of Club President, staff member and committees’  moderator at various international  conferences.
Subsequently, Karin has done an internship at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the UN in New York City, where she assisted the Israeli team in front of the UN 5th Committee and the Security Council (discussions on Peacekeeping Forces in Africa). Later, in 2016, she has done a short internship at the Commercial Wing of the Embassy of India in Israel.

Mr. Agmon Porat has over 18 years’ experience in diverse roles at global hi-tech companies- turning big ideas into reality with creative development, strategic planning and new business development experience across traditional and digital landscapes. A catalyst for new initiatives, bringing innovation and entrepreneurial leadership to traditional industries, Agmon is leading the corporate’s open innovation strategy responsible for leap-frogging product offerings and factory processes using innovation. Founder of Israel’s top industry 4.0 innovation lab and incubator, which has since expanded into Singapore. Agmon has experience in building an Industry 4.0 eco-system, identifying and evaluating startups/investment/collaboration opportunities.
He holds 2 BSc in Physics, a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and MBA in which he graduated with honors.

Mr. Alok Varshney

An Engineer and post graduate in Business Management from University of Delhi. Engaged in value innovation using Industry 4.0 technologies and applications for the enterprise, energy and environment.

Mr. Andrzej Soldaty is an expert in the area of industrial automation. Between 1986 and 1990, he managed the Robotization Department at ROBRA "Chemoautomatyka", he participated in the development and implementation of the first applications of industrial robots in the Polish chemical industry. For the next 25 years he worked for the international Festo concern, a supplier of solutions and components for industrial automation. During this period, he participated in the development of a number of applications and the implementation of automation projects in various industry sectors. He participated in building and developing the Festo company in Poland, as well as conducted international projects in CEE region. Between 2010 and2015 he served as the President of the Management Board at Festo.

In 2016, he established the "Initiative for Polish Industry 4.0" - a social initiative bringing together representatives of industry, business and science, which initiates, supports and conducts activities for the transformation of the domestic industrial sector.

In 2017, he was appointed the leader of the "Future Industry Platform" project at the Ministry of Development.
From March 2019 to December 2020, he was the President of the Management Board of the Future Industry Platform Foundation.

He actively participates in projects related to this subject, currently organizing the Industry 4.0 Center at the Silesian University of Technology.

Andrzej Soldaty has a technical education in the field of mechanics and automation, he completed doctoral studies in Economics at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Ohad has been the Trade Commissioner and Director of the Foreign Trade Administration at the Ministry of Economy and Industry since 2012.
The Foreign Trade Administration (FTA) at the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry manages and supports Israel’s international trade and trade policy. 
Before he was nominated as Director of the Foreign Trade Administration he held several significant roles within it: head of Israel’s Economic Mission in Washington DC, Director of the South Europe Department, Cadet Course Manager, Head of the Economic Mission to Sweden, which covered the entire Nordic area, Deputy Director of the Bilateral Trade Agreements Division, and head of the Economic Mission to Jordan.
Ohad holds a BA in Economics and MBA, both from the University of Haifa. 

Pablo Moreno Madero is a Mechanical Engineer from Monterrey México with 12 years of experience in the automotive industry in areas of manufacturing, quality and digitalization. Currently working as Industry 4.0 Coordinator in Metalsa, leading the digital transformation strategy for Metalsa´s Manufacturing Operations.
